The following is a summary of the video, from March 18, 2010, (2 days ago) recorded by Matteo Marchesi in Bergamo, a city in Lombardi, Italy, “the hotspot for the Coronavirus.” At the conclusion, there is a video clip taken from inside his church, lined with hundreds of coffins, waiting, unable to make a proper funeral.

JUST 9 SIMPLE RULES:
- STAY AT HOME! Do not intermingle with others. Contain yourself with only your immediate family/housemates in your own house.
- WASH YOUR HANDS. Wash when you come in from outside, when you are touching food, before you eat, when you touch something that you brought inside and you do not know who else may have touched it.
- DO NOT COUGH INTO YOUR HANDS. Cough into the crux of your arm/elbow.
- SANITIZE YOUR PHONE. Often! Limit how much you use it in public.
- DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE (NOSE/MOUTH/EYES) unless you wash your hands first.
- SANITIZE THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOES.
- RESPECT THE SOCIAL DISTANCE RULE of at least 2 metres when you cannot avoid going out in public. DO NOT gather!
- BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECT THE RULES.
- SHARE! Stay informed, share and keep safe.
NOTE: Even as I look this over, it reads as one of those chain letters that we all despise and try to avoid. But, I saw the distress in this guy’s face, took his words to heart and started typing as I watched the video. These are his suggestions/warnings, not mine.
